1) Project Introduction

Hello, this is chairnine.
I majored in animation and 3D modeling, and practiced sketching in webtoon production and architecture offices.
The background of the webtoon sketch-up produced this time is [Police Box And Police Station].
Rather than reproducing the entire structure, I created a concept that allows us to quickly take and apply screenshots only where necessary.

The characteristic of this police station is not to reproduce the structure of a realistic police station, but to make a place in the police station in the story with a composition suitable for clichés.
Therefore, the internal structure was made to be structured to be able to compose a certain composition rather than realistic.

2) Project contents

First, this is the police box model.
If the police station does not need to come out in the story, this will be more useful.

[Inside the police box]

[Outside the police box]
The concept is the police box in the middle of the village.

Because it is for a simple background, it has only an external appearance and does not reproduce the internal structure.

In case of police box, it is made of a structure that can be applied to the middle of the village by separating only the building part.
The screenshot below is applied to other background models, and it can be applied to other artists' villages by adjusting the size.

Here is the police station model.

[Criminal Department]
This is the basic criminal department.
Inside the department, a captain's room and jail are arranged, and the piles of books and documents on the desk are centered around the bookshelf to give the impression of being a police station.
In the case of a jail, it should actually be placed near the door, but this background was placed next to the captain's room. This is a layout to allow more obstacles to emerge from the scene of escape from jail.

The monitor is 4: 3, the old way, not 16: 9. As it is a police station, I thought 4: 3 would be better than 16: 9, so I made it like this.

There is a captain's room on one side of the criminal department.

In the case of the captain's room, windows and blinds are arranged to be used for scenes watching criminal department.

As described above, the jail is placed next to the captain's room.

There is also a short hallway for entrance scenes.

The corridor is the same in all places, only the phrase on the front sign is different.  Dynamic components are common to all locations below.

Since the drawer exposes a lot of opening scenes, documents are placed inside.

This is entrace of criminal department.

[Criminal Department 2]
In addition to the traditionally designed criminal department, I added a little more to the modern designed criminal department.
The structure itself is the same as an original criminal department, but with a lot of glass, and the suspect's seat in front of the detective's seat has been removed, making it a space only for investigation.
In addition, a transparent blackboard that is often used in movies and dramas has been added.

[Interrogation room]
It has a simple structure, but most of the objects are placed with the glass in the middle.

Below the table is a button to block the cctv or microphone.

There are controllers for cctv operation.

[Hidden Line]

[Meeting room]
It was created with the feeling that it is a place for a specific operation of a small number of people rather than a place where a large-scale meeting is held.

The conference room table can be changed to different style through layers.

[Hidden Line]

[Chief's Office]
It was created with the idea that the character can be scolded from someone like police chief here, so several sofas have been placed inside.

[Hidden Line]

[Interview room]
It is a place that appears when presenting an event to a reporter in a movie or drama.
The basic structure is the same as the conference room, but objects such as cameras are placed.

[Hidden Line]

[Control room]
This is a general control room used as a place to watch cctv situations in movies and dramas.
The screenshots on the monitor are screenshots of the models I sold, and you can change them.

[Hidden Line]

[Jail]
Because the new criminal department does not have an internal jail, it is difficult to create a related scene, so a separate detention center was created.

[Data Center]
Although it does not appear often, it was produced on a simple scale because it appeared in the material investigation scene of past events.

[Hidden Line]

[Outside the police station]
It is based on designs of Gunsan and Gangneung Police Station.
In the case of vehicles shown in the screenshots, vehicles other than police cars are the source of the basic components of the sketch-up, so they are removed during actual shipment and only police cars are delivered.

The fence at the entrance is a dynamic component.

There is a rest area on one side of the police station.

Vending machines are equipped with dynamic components.

Ventilation fans are installed on the roof.

Like the police box, it was made with the purpose of applying it in the middle of the village in mind, so if you process the floor of your village model a little, it can be applied to the villages of other artists as well.

[Hidden Line]

[Handcuffs]
Because it is a dynamic component, the hand-filling part is activated.
The screenshots are at three angles, but in fact, they're running at five angles.
Files are included in both the police box and the police station.

[Revolver]
It is based on the current police-style revolver s & w m60 as a basic design.
Files are included in both the police box and the police station.

The following are police and police station models in the 80s and 90s.
It is a police station in the transition period of the 80s and 90s that still uses typewriters and uses CRT monitors.
There are typewriters, dial phones, and old desktops inside, and if you can only remove some of the props, I think they can be used as backgrounds before the 80s.
The feature of the police station is not to reproduce the structure of a realistic police station, but to make a place in the police station in the story with a composition suitable for clichés.
Therefore, the internal structure was made to be structured to be able to compose a certain composition rather than realistic.

[Inside the police box]
The lamp on the ceiling has been changed, the air conditioner has been removed and a fan has been added.
There are old phones and a desktop computer using a CRT monitor. Typewriters have been added to places where there are no computers.

The sliding part of the typewriter is a dynamic component.

TV has also changed.

[Hidden Line]

[Inside the criminal department]
The basic structure is the same and there are additional changes to objects of the same kind as the police box.

[Hidden Line]

[Interrogation room]
The detail on the wall has been removed to simplify the structure.

[Hidden Line]

[Chief's Office]
There is no big difference except for some object change.
